No-show in cabin

I want to do a solo trip, and it’s cheaper to book 2 people in a room than 1. I remember reading on here that if I book for 2, and my second person is a no-show, I’d be refunded their taxes/port fees and any drink packages, etc.

Can anyone confirm? I don’t want to be put on like a no-sail list or something 😂
