Interior balcony pros and cons?

We usually get an ocean balcony, looking at a cruise on sympathy and possibly doing an interior balcony. Besides the obvious loss of the ocean view what are the pros and cons of the interior balconies?

Is boardwalk loud besides shows in the aqua theater?

Is it like city apartment living where can see neighbors across the street so to speak?
