How do I delete Riot from my pc??

Riot is taking way too much storage on my pc so i tried deleting it, but everything I tried wouldn't uninstall it. Whenever i try to delete league, it says the riot client is open so I can't delete league. But when i try to delete the riot client it says i cant delete it because i have to delete league first, but i cant delete league because everytime i try to it opens the client to prevent me from deleting it?? they are actively trying to prevent me from uninstalling their platform. i tried deleting it through disk and through settings but still nothing works. pls how do i delete riot client and league from my pc
