What's working at Rimac now like?

I've heard before that working at Rimac was tough because people would often need to work overtime, salary weren't great and the conditions as well but since some time has passed and the company is more stable, have things changed now? Can anybody working there rn share their experience, conditions and salary?

LinkedIn job offers seem pretty good and as a current software developer and an embedded software enthusiast, I'm really interested in working at the company.
