Need tips on how to clean this jumbo Chairoikoguma 🐻

He has been stuck in this bag for a few years now.. I want to be able to display him properly but I need to clean him first because he’s very dusty. I usually just throw my plushies in the wash (delicate cycle) and hang them up to dry but he doesn’t fit in my machine and I’m scared to just hand wash him because he might not dry up fully inside 😔 any tips on how to wash oversized plushies?
