Postmaster Control Issues - Duke Nukem 3D

I got Duke Nukem up and running and it looks and sounds incredible but I’ve been having issues remapping the controls. Multiple buttons seem to send multiple commands like right trigger sending shoot and map at the same time. Any ideas?
