Bearded dragon, or blue tongue skink?

Hey, I'm a first-time reptile owner, (life-long fan), and these are the two species I'm stuck between
I love the big smooth potatoes that are blue(or pink) tongue skinks, but I also love the spiky, grump face pancake boys that are bearded dragons. I can only get one.

I'm preparing to buy an enclosure very soon, but I need to know which species I should get so I know if it needs to be tall or short, what lights to get, what substrate and decor, ect.

Price is not an issue, I just want to know what you think about each species :)
I'd love to hear a little about their personalities? Handleability, cleanliness, ect.
(I've watched Clint's Reptiles videos on both species but I still can't decide!)
