Is Roomi a legit site ?

I visited the site and they offer alot of rooms for good prices but some of the post look sketchy with no picture and similar captions on most postings but they say the email is validated and the phone number is validated. Has anyone rented rooms or know anyone who rented rooms from this site what is there experience like ?
