I 32F is controlling in my marriage with my husband 34M. Is this bad?

My husband and I are in a good marriage. We love each other. However, I know I am being controlling, and he doesn't like it. His childhood friend is about to move to the US in a year. It will be a different state from where we live. All I can think of now is how often they are going to meet each other once my husband's friend moves. It is becoming quite a compulsive thinking pattern. His friend has a wife and two kids. Is it bad that I don't want them to come and visit?

Two years ago, when my husband's friend came to our house, my husband gave him all the attention and did whatever his friend wanted to do. And his friends made the house dirty (unintentionally). I am a bit cleaning freak.

Am I being completely wrong here for thinking like this? I have a strong feeling that my husband's friend is stealing him from me. I know it is not true. But I have a very strong feeling about it. Have you experienced this? How did you get over it? Thank you for your advice in advance!
