Im guessing that your ELO is so Low because your only playing 30 or 10 or 5 minute games on chess.com

My brother won the state title a few times, and came out of a good program that I did but I was in the novice section. (Under 1000) They told us to not play a lot of blitz games because it forms bad habits and at that low level you will never progress through it. Stick to checks and capture and long games!
