Joovv vs platinum LED

I have recently been thinking of buying a red light. I have been looking at joov and platinum LED and just want any thoughts or opinions regarding both of these companies. Customer service, quality of product etc. I've watched Alexs videos comparing both of them and it seems that the platinum is slightly better.

I was looking at the joovv solo and platinum bio 600.
