Joovv Elite 3.0 vs Mito Panels
My previous gym had the Joovv Elite 3.0 with 6 panels and I had a lot of success using it for 10 minutes on my face/front before a workout while undressed. (The Wavelengths: 660 nm (Red) and 850 nm (Near-Infrared) Number of LEDs: 900 (456 Red/444 Near-Infrared)). Optical Irradiance: >100 mW/cm^2.
I quit the gym and missed the red light benefits....
So, after some research, I bought a Mito Pro 1500+750 combo kit for at home to see if I can get 4 frequencies of red light at home and feel great daily with 10 minutes of red light. (Wavelengths: 25% 630nm, 25% 660nm, 25% 830nm, 25% 850nm) *Irradiance at 6 Inches (mW/cm2) >170mW/cm2
I have had the Mito kit for 3 days now and I'm a little disappointed. I used it on Friday for 10 min, Saturday I did two sessions for 10 min each (morning and night) and Sunday I had a 10 min session in the morning.
I'm not getting the same burst of energy+calmness after the Mito Pro 10 min sessions as I did with the Joovv sessions.
Do you think it's because the Joovv has 6 panels and can shine on my sides a little better?
Do I need to buy another Mito 1500+750 combo kit and put it beside my current one to emulate the power of the Joovv? My current setup is obviously smaller, since it is only 9 inches wide. But shouldn't I feel a little bit of a benefit?
Any suggestions are helpful. Thx!
