2 recurrent losses and now delving into ANA

Hi everyone,

I've experienced 2 early MMC this year that looked pretty identical (measuring behind at first appointment with heartbeat, losing them by 7-8 weeks with no heartbeat). We did testing on the most recent which came back as normal. Because of that, and the fact that every other test has come back normal, I've been trying to find anything that could be causing these losses.

12 years ago when I was a teenager I was passing out a lot which led to a myriad of tests. One was ANA which came back positive, but I don't know much more than that. My doctor at the time stressed if I ever became pregnant to let doctors know, but when mentioned this year both times no one said much of anything. After the losses I requested to be retested which came back 1:320 speckled/ nuclear. I know this doesn't necessarily mean I have an autoimmune disorder, but I think it's important to look into further. I made an appointment with a rheumatologist and will explore further testing--I guess I just wanted to see what other people's experiences were delving into the autoimmune side of loss. Was the rheumatologist helpful for you? Is there anything to look into at this point that I may not have yet? My antiphospholipid panel came back normal so it's not likely a clotting factor but I've also seen people say theirs didn't show up on tests?

Thank you all ahead of time, I really appreciate any insight.
