Why Tech Employees Are Ready to Revolt
This worth a read for all of us, but more specifically those of you in the tech space. Recruiters are overwhelmed with applications, TA peeps are terrified to hire lame ponies dressed up as unicorns based solely off of a resume and a dusty LinkedIn, and c-suite is......Bueller? (80's reference, couldn't help myself).
There is no clear universal solution to this issue that seems to be compounding by the day, nor is there really anyone to blame. What I have noticed is alot of "quiet hiring" these past several months - where instead of seeing actual roles being filled, we're just noticing them disappear from hiring boards.
But...I'm wildly curious to see how (or if) this rumored "revolt" will play out. Anyone want to chime in?
