Do you guys get text messages like this from companies?

I was applying for jobs since Sept but stopped after Nov. I got this text message today but I dont remember applying for this company and scared to click the link. Companies/recruiters used to call me and this is the first time I'm seeing/receiving this. Is this normal? Or just a scam?? Thanks.
