What are you doing for your mental health?

I've been unemployed for 6 months since I got laid off in July. At first, I kinda figured it was a blessing in disguise because I was looking for a new job anyway and the layoff just pushed me to focus on that. A few months in, over 200 applications later and too many rejection emails to count, it's really starting to tear me down mentally.

I can't get out of my head about being a fucking loser who can't find a job while the coworkers that were also laid off with me have already found new jobs. Thankfully, I do have financial assistance from family but that is a finite amount and once it's gone, it's gone. I know that my life is more than a job, but it's SO HARD to enjoy even the little things in life and try to live my life to the fullest with unemployment hanging over my head.

Any tips on how to keep my head straight while job searching in this horrible market?
