Has anyone ever actually been to another reality?

Things are difficult for me and tbh I wanted to go to another dimension to see what it would be like. I experienced something strange in 2020, and since then I think maybe it's possible to go to another reality, but I don't say that to many people because they would think I'm crazy. If someone feel comfortable, tell me about your experiences :)
