ESC not reversing motor

All components are brand new. Surpass 160A V2 ESC isn't reversing motor direction when using thicker black RocketRc program card. Throttle controls set to Forward/Reverse.

Yes, I'm aware I can just swap a 3ph wire. Seeing if there's a known bug or firmware issue w/ this ESC.
