Razer Kraken V3 whining sound left ear

It's been just 2 hours i got Kraken V3 and I have been constantly hearing a whining sound in my left ear, no matter what i do. I tried disabling the rgb option but it did no work. i tried several different usb ports but it did not work either so im curious how to make this disturbing sound gone?

I do not want to return my headphones because i've been dealing with some exchange process for almost 3 months.
