7900XTX Sapphire Nitro+ with PSU be quiet Pure Power 12M 850W

Hello, so I ordered parts to assemble a new PC from scratch, and I have a Ryzen 5 7600 with a Sapphire Nitro+ 7900XTX.

When I picked the PSU be quiet! Pure Power 12 M, 80+ Gold, 850W, I looked at the details and saw that it had listed as connectors 4x6+2 PCI-E, so I thought it's enough for the GPU which needs 3 such connectors.

I didn't get the parts yet, but today I looked again at the PSU and saw that it actually has 2 ports with 12 pins for PCI-E, and the PSU comes with 2 cables that split into 2 6+2 heads.

Is it ok to connect the PSU to the GPU using one of these cables with both heads + another head from the other cable? I read that there are people using the card like this with daisy chained cables, but I wanted to take full advantage of the Nitro+ model which I heard can be overclocked successfully, and I don't know if I could draw all the power with just 2 cables.

What other alternatives do I have? before having to change the PSU, which would be a pain in the ass

Could i use an adapter for that PCI-E 5.0 slot and use it as 2 or 3 6+2 heads? Would that be enough to fully power the Nitro+ model? Does this kind of adapter exist?
