I Wanted some guidance

As we are going to have shortly sale of ps5 on amazon don’t know the exact prices. I have a friend who in in dubai will be returning this month’s end. Should I tell him instead to bring it from there anyone have experience in doing so which is better and any concern for tax/duty fee on airport or just weight issue etc somebody please guide me 🫶🏻
