I’ve had some questions about making a protogen head

1. Is it better to buy someone else’s outline or to 3d print it, and if 3d printing it is better, what’s the best 3d printer to use for that kind of thing?

2. Where do you get the electronics for it?

Obviously I’m really new at this and I’m sorry if they’re dumb questions
