Is this ready for soil?

First timer here. I gave my pink princess the chop about 3.5 weeks ago as she had grown enormous and was hitting the ceiling. It’s been slow going, but I have one little root and a new growth point on this cutting. Is it time to pot it in soil now? Has been in water until now.
