What zombie pop is considered best in B42?

As someone with only 70 hours in this game. I’ve been having a much tougher time with the B42 zombie heat maps. It seems that zombies now group up into huge hordes more often which makes navigating towns a death sentence.

So I’ve been wondering what zombie pop is everyone playing on that has had a similar issue?
