F/26/171cm [78kg>54kg=24kg lost] (18 months) now trying to grow muscle

I’ve been consistently eating 1500 calories a day to lost 24kg, but I’m now looking to grow muscle and tone up, I’ve upped my calories to 1800 and upped my protein intake to 100g a day. Is this enough to see progress?
