F/37/5’4 [165lbs > 155lbs = 10lbs] 1 month | Running progress

I’ve lost 10lbs in the last month, but my friends say it looks like even more!

Before: doing F45 (HIIT and weightlifting). I was consistently exhausted after every workout, always hungry, couldn’t lose weight.

After: quit F45 and started running slowly almost every day (8:30 per km or 13:40 per mi) for 20-30 minutes. Also started taking inositol supplement which can help with insulin resistance in some women.

My goal is to run a 10k this year! I’ll be adding some weightlifting back in a few months, but keeping up with the running.
