First time hooch

Just posting some pics to see what’s others think/opinions/advice ect. 5 days old, eyeballed yeast and sugar and added more sugar first 2 days. Was constantly building pressure inside bowl until last night but when I pick it up I can still see and hear bubbles fuzzing around. How does everyone think it’s going and is that layer forming around the bottom walls of the bowl okay? It’s a mixture of 1.5ltr orange juice fresh squeezed and 5 pears worth of juice from some squishy pears. Cheers
