Being ‘COMPLETE’ in OCT do I still have a chance for TX Schools?

I didn’t know that Casper needed to be scheduled (thought just log in and take the exam) and also didn’t know scores need 2-3weeks to send to schools.

So, the earliest I found available Casper Date is Sep 17th. Meaning my score will be sent ~early Oct. All my TX secondaries are done except awaiting Casper.

Do I still have a chance for an II? Anyone had similar experience this late and still got interviews?
