No Ultrasound at 12 weeks 😭

So, I’m kinda upset that I did not get to see my baby at my first OB apt at 12 weeks. For background I saw my baby at 7+8 weeks from my fertility center but a lot has changed since then. We heard the heartbeat 165 which went down a little bit since last time which freaked me out. Like do we know if this baby is growing?? Like we don’t know anything 😭 why couldn’t they of just given me a scan 😭😭
