Headaches… should I worry?

Okay so I am currently 20 and a half weeks. For the past few days, I have had really painful headaches on the right side of my temple right above my eye. It’s a really specific type of headache though. The best I can describe it as when we were kids running outside on the track in the winter and your head gets that cold squeezey feeling, if anyone can relate to that? I used to get it a lot as a kid but I was also chunky, so maybe that’s why. For background, I never get headaches. I mean, NEVER. I could count on 1 hand how many headaches I’ve had in my life and they’ve never lasted long or been too painful. These, however, are painful.

I notice I’ve only been getting them when I’m hunched over or looking down. So, I worked all day yesterday and was fine. Went home to sit on the ground to wrap presents and it was so painful. I then needed to take a bath to shave my legs. Hunching in the tub to shave was also so painful. Today I just got to work and I was hunched over doing a few things and now it’s back. The only way it stops is if I sit down and wait it out. I do have my 4 week checkup the 23rd of this month but I’m not sure if I should go in earlier?

I’m getting concerned. I’ve had 2 episodes of swollen feet (but that was a few weeks ago) so I’m getting really nervous here. Any advice or if anyone could relate would be great! I’ve been notifying my doctor through MyChart but they don’t want to talk to me through there, it has to be in person. But I’m hoping I can wait the 10 days til my next appointment
