Growth scan question

I had a growth scan the other day at 36w4d. The tech was having a hard time getting a image of baby’s head, because she’s so low down, and then when measuring the stomach she said there was a shadow making it hard to image, but she did feel like she got good enough images of her stomach. Her stomach however measured ahead of everything else throwing her weight up to about 7lb2oz. Not terribly big but still on the larger side. So my question is did anyone else have a baby whose stomach measured bigger, but they weren’t actually bigger? I know these scans can be off +/- a lb or 2 but my midwife scared me with a bigger stomach typically means bigger shoulders and then the complications that come with that.
