When?

Hey everyone! I am currently 9w4d pregnant :) We have told our immediate families so far and plan to announce the pregnancy around 12 weeks to facebook and friends. Obviously I want my non-immediate family to find out from us personally before we make an online announcement, does anybody have advice on when would be the right time to do that? Thank you!!
