What symptoms did you have before you got a positive test?

With both pregnancies I knew but we tried for our second baby for 8 months and every month I swore I was pregnant ! This past cycle was the one we conceived and i knew basically immediately but didn’t test positive till about 10 DPO. My MIL, husband and I all had a dream I was pregnant which gave me an indication ! Symptoms I had this time were : bloody gums, random leg pain, extreme hunger and tingly nipples, discharge- oh and lack of PMS symptoms like breaking out and cramps. Another thing I just want to throw in I’ve seen on the internet when your baby goes into a triangle pose it means their looking for a sibling ! Sounds silly but my 19 month old has been doing it for two week now ! What symptoms tipped you off?
