What is this please help

I know I’m obsessing but there is no way you can be this dizzy 24/7 hace high pitched tinnitus in ears, fullness in one ear, I feel drugged and my eyes in excruciating pain don’t focus I’m falling forward. What is this I can’t take it. My vision shot. Hearing muffled. Have a weird feeling in right side of head where I’m dealing with piercing high tinnitus. Please what is this? No way PPPD! No way! Help!
