52k salary for 4/4 teaching load.

Hey guys! I just came across a tenure track position for a undergrad college offering 52k as a salary for 4/4 teaching load. The college is in Montana. I just wanted to see if it’s a one off or if that’s the typical range for teaching based faculty?
