Hi! I’m curious what others would do in this situation.

Here’s the listing photo vs the shoes I received. Seller also stuffed tall leather boots into an incredibly small box, completely wrinkling and warping them. Seller messaged me and apologized, said her sister wore the boots after she posted them and offered $10 off. I didn’t see the message so seller went ahead and shipped them. She offered to Venmo money back. What would you do in this situation?
