Where can I commission high quality custom plushies?

Hi, I want to have a plushy or two made, but I don’t want to risk getting something I’m not happy with. I have a pretty high budget (~$200 per plush) and most of the advertised artists on Etsy seem to have a niche or are more budget than I was hoping for. Any idea where I could start looking? I know that different artists have different styles, so I can share a reference pic if it would make it easier to help me find someone. Thanks!
