"Can't use this content. To use this content, purchase it"

Hey guys. A few years ago I bought Read Dead Redemption 2 for PS4, disk version, and played it for around 300 hours. A few months ago I bought the digital edition PS5 and transfered all the game data from PS4 to PS5, all went well and I've already played some more 200 hours since then. Today I tried to open the game and "Can't use this content. To use this content, purchase" popped up.

I contacted the PS support and they said I'd have to insert the PS4 disk into the PS5, but the latter is digital version only, to which they responded I would have to buy the game for PS5, and now I'm pissed bc that doesn't make any sense if I've been able to play it for months now.

I've tried logging out/in of PSN, restart the PS5, disconnect and connect to the internet, and when trying to restore licences, RDR2 doesn't even show up. I have 500 hours of game and I'm about to lose it.
