Games are missing after Rebuilding Database

Got stuck on an apex update and after a while i restarted my playstation and was unable to get the dowload file for the update. Searched it up and it said I needed to rebuild my database. So I did that and only have 4 games on the menu and in installed in game library. Apex wasn’t in eihter of them but when I go to it in collection it already says installed. How do I get it back?

EDIT: Only the games that was on my external harddrive are the ones I can play/dowload or remove
