Half the reason that artists such as Kanye or Carti don’t drop is because every time they fake a date the hype doubles, it’s literally a marketing tactic. Maybe for Kanye you can say he’s just regarded and it happens but for Carti it’s 100% deliberate because cartis image and everything is extremely controlled
Carti will only drop when
- He feels the hype has maxed out
Or
- He feels like he has to because people have stopped caring
You are rewarding carti for this by putting his name and his albums name all over the internet. The moment nobody cares he didn’t drop, is the moment he will learn that he actually has to.
