Monstera Adansonii - “grey” death & black dots

This happened within 10 days.. perfectly healthy (minus the few yellow leaves occasionally) for 8+ months prior to this. I have never seen this type of damage. No visible pests, but I can’t guarantee? What is this and how do I stop it before it kills the whole plant!
