What’s wrong with my money tree? Help!

My money tree started to crisp up and be wrinkle, turned brown and leaves falling off. It gets natural light coming from our ceiling and we water them once a week in a draining pot. Can anyone please help? I haven’t gotten a lot of paychecks ever since my money tree is dying 😂😭
