Is there a resource that shows you reformer exercises based on the muscle(s) worked?
I’m new to pilates. I bought a reformer recently and have really been loving it. I’ve been using the exercise guides that came with the machine so far but they’re basically listed in groups such as legs, abs, arms, back, etc.
I’m looking for sort of an encyclopedia, if you will, of exercises that can show me what muscle is targeted in that exercise, hopefully with pictures. I see there are a lot of suggested resources in the community wiki page but not quite this type of resource unless I accidentally overlooked it. I’m willing to pay for a subscription or buy a book or whatever.
