High nostril jewelry

I am planning to get double high nostrils pierced and wanna order specific piercings that no shops in my area have. I saw that high nostrils swell a lot and I don't know how long the bar should be. I ordered titanium threadless 6mm labrets. Will 6mm be long enough or should I also order 8-10mm? I would really appreciate the help.
