Update: Piercing bump looks weird???

Hey everyone, so i did what most of you guys were telling me and i peeled the crust of slowly with saline solution and hot water. It currently looks like this. There is still a bit crust left and hopefully it’ll go away in its own time. I’ll drop the hot press and just stick with neilmed cleansing from now on. Though i wanted to ask if the piercing can be removed at this state or should i have to wait for it to heal? If it’s gonna heal faster i really wanna take it off.
