How to survive indepdent pharmacy?

Hey independent pharmacists, how are you all doing? I'm struggling lol

I was doing ok, struggled but ok under the Power of Attorney when I first took over this pharmacy. As soon as the POA was over and my contracts kicked in, reimbursements under my new contracts tanked dramatically. Same thing I got paid 5 bucks last months under POA, now I get paid 13 cents, not even enough to cover the cost of label, much less labor and overhead. I have never lost money on generic suboxone films, as a matter of fact, I was thriving on filling those. Just today I got paid $30 for a box of generic suboxone 4mg film, which costs $100 from primary and $75 from secondary.

Not sure what to do at this point. I have been ignoring the "90% drug from primary" and hunting for cheap generics everywhere. I have been denying brand names scripts and scripts I lose a lot of money on. I have been cutting hours and outsourcing. What else can I do? Any suggestions?

Side note, I'm looking for a wholesaler for Vitamins, supplements, skin care products. Anybody knows a good source?
