Can a single dose vial of testosterone cypionate be used more than once?

For example, for a 200 mg/mL vial, can a patient who is prescribed 0.5 mL weekly use 0.5 mL for one week and the other 0.5 mL from that same vial for the following week?

Even though the box states single dose, is it still safe to use more than one dose from the single dose vial?
