Another evening worrying…

How do we keep from replaying our day over and over in our heads? I constantly over analyze my entire shift (usually right before I go to bed!) which results in me worrying about almost every RX that I have filled and every decision I have made throughout my shift. I have a tendency toward catastrophic thinking .

What are your best suggestions for turning the brain off? I’ve tried meditation, yoga, Ben and Jerry’s (chocolate) and wine (usually Pinot Grigio) sometimes all at once! Any other ideas?
