Incident on Tonkin Hwy

Did anyone see that car that was smoking everywhere in the middle lane of Tonkin Hwy at about 4:05pm today? Just before Morley Station going north. I saw it happen going past on the train, there was a big bang and the smoke engulfed all the cars around the middle lane and the smoke was about 10-15 metres in the air.

Does anyone know what happened to the car afterwards? was the car able to move to the side of the road, or did it have to stop immediately?

Is the traffic bad if the middle lane is needed to be closed?
