Is there a way to make an infinite liquid source?

I can't find any mods and all the discussions are about using a syringe disable infinite source, drain the syringe put in the liquid you want, and enable infinite source but I think that got patched because when I try to do it it looks like it works but then the liquid goes into the body and the previous syringe liquid in its place (if I put blood in the syringe it will first full the blood and then the life syringe slowly turns from red back to its singly green color)

So is there a way to make an infinite liquid source in the newest build
